FragRadio is seeking an Brand Ambassador passionate about the gaming industry, player communities, the science of global content and channels, the art of branding and communications, and operational excellence. This person will proactively identify key community development opportunities within the gaming industry while forecasting needs and implementing solutions across the organization. This person will initially work with senior members of the team and look to oversee a team of community managers in the future to the design and execute campaigns, and processes to achieve business results.
The ideal person must be a longer term strategic thinker and trend spotter, a passion for people management, and support the regional management and development teams in building the best possible relationship between communities and the station.
Build ‘trusted’ relationships with gaming communities, companies and industry partners (from Events, personal Contact, Marketing). Reports of activity is expected.
-Monitor and drive plugin usage within the partner portfolio by pro-actively offering advice, hints and tips as well as in-depth training sessions. Reports of activity is expected.
-Actively grow the enabled community with Cross-Marketing opportunities.
-Assist with and actively contributing to the delivery of quarterly campaigns.
-Achieve high levels of quality community engagement.
-Pro-actively collect, analyse and share partner feedback with colleagues.
-Have the opportunity to Represent our brand at events throughout Europe & Globally.
-Identify growth opportunities by relaying opportunities back to the relevant team.
-Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent service to the partners.
What we need from you:
-Organised – Meticulous in your approach to managing all aspects of projects.
-Time management – Ability to dedicated 10 hours a week to the station, prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks at once, with a calm and level head. Is not phased under pressure.
-Professional Approach – Interacts confidently with all team members and various levels of management, able to represent the station in all endeavours whether online, in person or over the phone.
-Drive – Motivated by success, passionate and highly driven to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
-Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. Ability to work remotely.
-Work Ethic – Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done.
-Creativity/Innovation – Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
